Why this exists

Email security at the perimeter is a mature industry. Microsoft and Google filter what reaches your inbox using massive infrastructure, billions of training samples, and decades of accumulated knowledge. That part of the problem is largely solved.

Email security at the endpoint — the desktop, after delivery — has been left behind. Once an email lands in your inbox, you have no analytical tool. No forensics. No relay chain. No trust score with reasoning. Just a black box that decided to let it through.

MailSense Pro is the missing tool. Forensic-grade inspection on your desktop. Multi-provider. Local-only. Designed around a single principle: show the user what's actually happening, then let them decide.

Think antivirus, not firewall. Nobody runs a firewall and skips antivirus. Email security works the same way: gateway filtering protects the perimeter, endpoint analysis protects the user. MailSense Pro is the second layer — the one most people don't have yet.

Focus over breadth

Our roadmap is shaped by a single principle: email security done exceptionally well is more defensible than a broad feature set done passably.

We don't build calendar integrations. We don't build CRM features. We don't extend into adjacent productivity domains. What we build, we build to a standard that holds up under inspection by the people who write security policies for a living.

Built under SGIA

Every release of MailSense Pro is produced under Security-Governed Incremental Architecture — our internal methodology that treats security as architecture, not afterthought.

  • Each feature is designed alongside the security controls that govern it — not patched in afterwards
  • SAST and DAST hardened on every release; zero High findings on all current scans
  • Every change is auditable, reproducible, reversible
  • Threat modelling and external code review integrated into the release cycle
  • No "ship first, harden later" trade-offs

The result is software that does what it claims, ships when it's stable, and doesn't surprise its users.

Built for

  • Security-aware individuals who want to see, not just trust, what their email looks like under inspection
  • SMEs without enterprise security budgets but with enterprise-grade threats
  • Regulated industries — legal, financial, compliance, healthcare
  • Multi-provider users — anyone juggling personal Gmail, work M365, and other inboxes who wants one tool, not three
  • Anyone burned by phishing who never wants to be in the dark about an email again
